Classic children’s cable jumper, knitted top-down in Double Sunday (version 1A). The pattern also includes version 1B in Merinoull. 3.5 mm and 4 mm needles – tension: 17 stitches = 10 cm.
The neckline is shaped with raglan increases and short rows, then the work is joined in the round before dividing for the sleeves, back and front, which are finished separately. The cables follow a chart. The collar is knitted last.
The amount of yarn is based on the measurements shown. Allow extra yarn for a longer garment.
