Easy raglan jumper, ideal as a first jumper, knitted top-down with a single strand of Ballerina Chunky Mohair on large needles: quick to knit, soft and light, and its length is easy to adjust. 6 mm and 7 mm needles – tension: 13 stitches = 10 cm.
The yoke is cast on and worked back and forth with raglan increases and stitches cast on for the neckline, then the work is joined in the round in stocking stitch. Once the increases are complete, the work is divided for the sleeves, back and front, which are finished separately. The neckband is knitted last.
The amount of yarn is based on the measurements shown. Allow extra yarn for a longer garment.
