Fitted V-neck cardigan worked top-down with 2 strands held together: 1 strand of Alpakka Ull + 1 strand of Tynn Silk Mohair. 3 mm needles – tension: 24 stitches = 10 cm. Notions: 3 buttons.
The back is worked first, with short rows to shape the neckline and shoulders. Stitches are then picked up for the fronts, with increases for the V-neck, sleeve caps and armholes, before the work is divided for the sleeves, back and fronts. The waist is shaped with decreases and then increases at the sides. The sleeves are worked in the round in stocking stitch. The front band is worked in double knitting, and the pockets are sewn on at the end.
The amount of yarn is based on the measurements shown. Allow extra yarn for a longer garment.
