Soft, elegant jumper knitted top-down with 1 strand of Sunday + 1 strand of Tynn Silk Mohair, with shoulders shaped using the European technique: high neck and solid colour (version 1A) or low neck and stripes (version 1B). 3.5 mm needles – tension: 28 stitches = 10 cm.
The back is cast on and worked back and forth following the chart, with increases for the European shoulders. Stitches are then picked up for each side of the front, and the two parts are joined. The back and front are joined and worked in the round to the desired length. Sleeve stitches are picked up around the armholes and worked in the round. The neckband is worked in rib.
The amount of yarn is based on the measurements shown. Allow extra yarn for a longer garment.
